Leasi
Control center unifying machine telematics, maintenance, and rental billing for contractors
Leasi is a Norwegian cloud platform that pulls telematics data (location, hours, emissions) from connected heavy-machinery brands into one dashboard, and layers maintenance work-order tracking, rental order-to-invoice workflows, and cross-company job-site collaboration on top of that unified fleet view.
Why This Tool Exists
Contractors, equipment rental companies, and public-sector fleet owners run mixed-brand machine fleets where each OEM (Volvo, Caterpillar, Liebherr, John Deere, etc.) has its own proprietary telematics portal. Fleet managers must check separate dashboards and spreadsheets to see machine location, hours, and emissions, and separately run maintenance scheduling and rental order-to-invoice processes on paper or in disconnected tools - making it hard to get one real-time view of utilization, maintenance status, and billing across machines and companies sharing the same project.
Leasi authenticates into connected OEM telematics systems and normalizes machine location, operating hours, and emissions data into one "control center" dashboard. On top of that unified fleet view it adds a Maintenance module (service scheduling, checklists, work orders, and external-repairer coordination), a Rental & Orders module (resource calendars, customer registers, and order-to-invoice billing), and Collaboration Projects that let a general contractor and its rental/subcontractor partners share visibility into the same job-site equipment.
