Drawer AI scans uploaded PDF electrical drawings to detect devices and lighting fixtures, reads panel and lighting schedules, automatically stitches multi-sheet drawings into one layout, and routes branch circuits with NEC-based wire sizing and voltage-drop derating - producing a marked-up PDF and an Excel quantity/conduit schedule that an estimator reviews and corrects before bidding. A separate BIM Wizard feature converts the same 2D PDF drawings into a coordinated, clash-checked 3D Revit model with routed conduits.
