The Problem

Evaluating geotechnical, contractual, financial, and commercial risk on a construction project traditionally requires a team of up to five estimators and executives manually reviewing bid packages, contracts, and technical documents, work that can take days and often misses RFP errors, scope overlaps, and risk patterns until after contract award, when they are more costly to fix.
