Why This Tool Exists

The Problem

Evaluating geotechnical, contractual, financial, and commercial risk on a construction project traditionally requires a team of up to five estimators and executives manually reviewing bid packages, contracts, and technical documents, work that can take days and often misses RFP errors, scope overlaps, and risk patterns until after contract award, when they are more costly to fix.

The Solution

Enlaye's Risk Lifecycle Management(TM) platform uses graph neural networks and multimodal AI to model relationships between a project's documents, contracts, schedules, and historical data, surfacing risk patterns and RFP errors during bid review (vendor claims results in about 12 minutes once client data is supplied), then continues tracking incidents, delays, and safety concerns through the Enlaye Field App during construction and into project turnover.
