Why This Tool Exists

The Problem

Commercial subcontractors (electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, concrete, structural steel, and other specialty trades) generate field data — daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, time cards, and photos — that is often tracked on paper or in disconnected spreadsheets. This creates lag between field activity and office visibility, causing miscommunication, lost paperwork, and disputes over change orders and labor costs.

The Solution

A mobile app lets foremen and field staff log daily reports, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and crew time (with GPS-based time tracking) directly from the jobsite, including offline capture that syncs automatically once back online. Data flows into a central cloud platform with unlimited document storage, giving office staff real-time visibility for job costing, progress billing, and drawing management, built specifically around subcontractor (not general contractor) workflows and terminology.
