Why This Tool Exists
Conventional stick-built construction of exterior walls for homes and low/mid-rise commercial buildings is slow and labor-intensive — on-site framing, sheathing, weatherproofing, and finishing can take weeks, depend on a shrinking skilled-trades workforce, and generate significant material waste.
Mighty Buildings manufactures complete exterior wall panels in an offsite factory: a custom 3D printer extrudes a proprietary UV-cured thermoset composite (branded LUMUS™, formerly "Light Stone Material") in horizontal layers without support structures, then robotic milling and coating finish the surface. Panels integrate a steel structural frame, PU foam insulation (R-24), and pre-installed windows/doors/roof cassettes, arriving at the job site weathertight and ready for a four-person crew to install in as little as three days.
