WHY IT EXISTS

Why This Tool Exists

The Problem

Facility managers and real estate teams lack visibility into how spaces are actually being used, making it difficult to optimize occupancy, energy consumption, and layout. Manual occupancy tracking through surveys or cameras raises privacy concerns and is labor-intensive.

The Solution

SoleSensor deploys pressure-sensitive floor mats that anonymously capture complete foot traffic data without cameras or personal identification. Provides detailed analytics on occupancy patterns, movement paths, and dwell times to inform space optimization and energy management decisions.
