Solibri Office
Legacy rule-based BIM model checking and accessibility validation (discontinued for new purchase, April 2026)
Solibri Office was Solibri's professional rule-based model checking product, pioneering custom rule creation, clash detection, data validation, and information takeoff (ITO) workflows against IFC models. Later releases added accessibility-focused rules (clearance space, component visibility, accessible route compliance) and IFC georeferencing support (IfcProjectedCRS/IfcMapConversion). Solibri's own site states Solibri Office is 'no longer available' for new purchase effective April 13, 2026; existing license holders may continue under their current agreement, and the product continued receiving feature releases through at least December 2025. Solibri directs prospective buyers to its current tiered lineup (Starter, Essential, Advanced, Premium, Security+), with Advanced named as the successor that builds on Office's rule-based checking foundation. Documented capabilities are drawn from official Solibri sources; DataDrivenAEC has not tested or measured the product.
