Why This Tool Exists
General contractors have limited real-time visibility into where personnel and equipment are located on a job site and whether daily on-site activity matches the weekly workplan, so unsafe conditions (unauthorized zone access, worker distress) and schedule or productivity slippage are often only caught during manual walkarounds or in after-the-fact paper/spreadsheet daily logs. In a 2019 founder interview, Trusstor's co-founders described analyzing roughly 250 construction projects before building the product and cited one project alone with an estimated $25 million in non-productive costs and about 3,000 recorded safety violations - an anecdotal, dated figure rather than a current industry benchmark.
