Why This Tool Exists
Checking whether a lot can be built on means collecting zoning code, flood maps and other hazard records from separate agencies before any consultant is engaged. The vendor describes zoning and permitting as the slowest step in its own modular-housing projects.
Enter an address, coordinates or a listing link and the tool queries the public records, scores nine factors weighted for the region, and shows the source for each line. The vendor does not publish an accuracy percentage; it states that every finding cites its dataset and that parcel-level zoning depth varies by jurisdiction.
